Divi Divi is a guest-checkout house. Placing an order is an offer to buy the pieces in the bag at the quoted price, including shipping and tax shown at checkout.

Until an order is marked paid — by a mock card in this studio, or by Stripe Checkout when keys are present — we may cancel it if stock moves or a payment does not clear.

Title and risk pass when the parcel is handed to the carrier. We write when it leaves Brooklyn and include tracking when we have it.

Returns are accepted within 30 days with tags attached and the piece unworn. Jewelry that has been sized or engraved cannot come back. Write hello@dividivi.store with the order number.

Discount codes are a courtesy, not a right. We may pause a code, set a minimum, or refuse an abuse of the same address.

The site, photographs, and copy belong to Divi Divi. Do not scrape the catalog for resale.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If a court finds one line unenforceable, the rest still stand.
